Returns & Exchange policy: You have 14 days after placing your order to request an exchange. Item(s) being exchanged must be returned within 21 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us for any return questions at email@example.com with your order number and name. Return shipping and exchange shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.
Damages/issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. Exchange will be provided in the exact style/colour/size ordered if in stock, otherwise you will receive a store credit if unavailable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards. No refunds. No refunds on shipping charges.
